Formula, assumptions & sources

Baseline: 3,350 ÷ liquid QL kg. PvE on deed: ×1 for a citizen or ×2 for a non-citizen. PvE off deed: ×1.5. PvP: ×1.5 in either location.

These are estimates for a fresh tile with no existing conversion progress. Reversing an earlier transmutation can use less liquid. Multiple applications can lose fractional progress, so allow extra liquid if you split the job across batches.

Perimeter behaviour is disputed in the source discussion. Do not assume a perimeter tile receives the citizen discount; use the off-deed estimate when planning.
